Saved slides

A saved slide is a finished slide kept in your Library, such as “Welcome”, “Offering” or “Kids Church dismissal”. Adding one copies it into the presentation, so editing the copy never changes the original.

  1. Select the slide.
  2. Click Save as Saved slide… at the bottom of the inspector, right-click the slide and choose Save as Saved Slide…, or choose Presentation › Save as Saved Slide….
  3. Give it a name and, optionally, tags. Click Save slide.

Any images or videos the slide uses are saved with it.

  • In the Add row, click More… and choose Saved slides…. Choose a slide and click Add slide.
  • Or open the Library drawer’s Saved tab and double-click a slide, or drag it into the slide list.
  • Or search for it with ⌘K.
  • Or, in Library › Saved slides, select it and click Add to presentation.

In Library › Saved slides you can rename, tag, favorite, export, import and delete saved slides. Export a saved slide to use it on another Mac. See Organizing the Library.

Saved slides can also rotate beside the countdown before a service. See Countdown.
